A clean and crisp Chardonnay, the wine was barrel fermented and aged in French oak.

We allowed the wine to go through 50% Malolatic fermentation to allow for some creaminess but also keep the acidity on the back end. Mild soft appple, peach, pear and ripe melon, mingle with tones of vanilla, coconut, and caramel.
