A blend of Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon & Cabernet Franc. this fruit forward wine provides characteristics of black cherry, vanilla, raspberry jam and blackberry with chocolate on the finish. This wine was aged in two year old oak barrels so as to bring forward the fruit flavours within these grapes. Enjoy on its own or with spicy dishes, flank steak, aged cheeses, chicken or pork.
